i think it all depends on the context of the situation.

 

sometimes you do things that get on peoples nerves without realising and if they mentioned it it could be easy to stop doing whatever it is

 

however, if it is something that you believe in and they are saying it because their motives are more they have their nose put out because you are doing something good for yourself then id say fuck em

the thing you would be doing is genuinely annoying them, but giving you a small amount of pleasure. they just want things to go back to "normal"

 

till i think of an example..

so now you're getting into the realms of knowing something you do is annoying them, and continuing to do it....'because you can' ?

tis someone else doing something. or WAS doing something.

 

they were doing it because they wanted to, and they didn't care that i didn't like it

 

that's wot i'm meaning..."why is what you want more important than what i want".

wel if it someone else, have you told them, they are annoying you??

it all depends on what side of the fence you are sitting. your comment of ..."why is what you want more important than what i want" works both ways! you either put up with what they are doing or turn your back and get on with your life
