Restart your computer.

 

If its still doin it.... close sum programmes your running.

 

Also when u get a moment, run Defrag.

Maybe CTW is trying to get rid of you.

 

Have you tried running Scandisk and then Defrag. Two often overlooked things on a computer that can help performance. You may also be running out of disk space. Not sure if any of that will help.

i have to turn it off then on again cus it wont let me restart!

Goto your Main Drive (C on mine)

 

Right click in the drive folder.

 

Goto Tools/ Scandisk/Defrag.

 

Run Scandisk, to check for drive errors and then run defrag to sort the drive data logically.
