I do actually believe in this very strongly.

My Dad had recently taken up spiritual healing, which is connected with sixth sense, he attends a spirtualist church too and feels that this has enriched his life. He is on his 50's now and only feels that he got his 'calling' a few years ago.

 

 

My Dads the same, took up Reiki Healing about 3 years ago, now he's living in New Zealand and practicing as a Reiki Master

Maybe we are destined to be together - I can feel it in my water !

 

I do have a dousing stone and sometimes I use it, but I have had it blessed with good energy and would only use it whrn my Dad is around because I would not want to call up anything untoward, but he tells me that all of the feedback that he has about me is good.

 

I think that this is something that I will get into later on in life, i know that i do have the ability now, but at this point in my life I am not ready to expand on it.

The film wasn't too bad.

 

Still don't believe in the "6th Sense" theory though. I do believe in people's ability to predict the most likely outcome to a string of events.

I reckon dabbling with that kind of stuff has to be done, when the timing is right, or when you have reached a certain point within your life.

I think that a "6th sense" per se is a load of bollocks. I've never heard any evidence to suggest such a thing exists.

 

It's a bit like faith in god - if you start off from the default perspective of "there is no god", you would find sod-all evidence that he exists. But if you start off believing there is (or may be) a god, it's all too easy to start using this idea of "god" to explain lots of stuff that you don't fully understand.

 

I'd be fascinated to read the full, proper thesis/transcript of the experiment. I.e. I might believe it if I'd performed the study myself.

How on this earth could you live with someone for so long and not realise you were not actually 'there' as such. The resturant scene was ratshit. The film scored 4/10. And that was only because the bird in it was fit. Not the dead one on the bike though.
