I have consulted my dictionary for nurses, and there is the 'ileum' which is your small intestine, and you 'ilium' which is a bone that is part of the pelvis.

 

Of course, I spelt it wrong, so I will have to eat humble pie, and delete this post so no-one sees my foolish ways
