have their tongue pierced? and if so have any of you found a way to stop the top ball on the bar coming loose? cos i'm sick to death of swallowing the little bloody things

The ball on mine never comes loose. you sure you've been doing it up right?

yeh i even tried tightening it with a pair of pliars but they didn't taste very nice so i gave up on that, but mines being doing it ever since i changed my bar, and i screwed it in from the bottom so the top shouldn't even be loose, but i've still managed to swallow six balls in the last 2 weeks

Do you play with it alot?? I know when I ahd mine done, I used to click it against my teeth etc & that used to make it come loose!!!

not generally, but when i'm really nervous i do tend to play with it, or if i'm concentrating on something i play with it

maybe that could be a contributing factor then!!

get a whole new bar, it kept happening to me but if you keep replaceing the balls the threads gets twisted so dont fit properly

Let me guess.... you've got a metal ball yes.

 

Get plastic ones!!! Less pain wen it hits ur teeth, and never unscrew
