I wouldn't agree with an ignore function to ignore a particular user - it fooks up the flow of threads, and means points get missed/repeated and in general is a pretty pathetic function.

 

However, an ignore function to ignore threads would be useful. How many of us get to a point where we lose interest in a particular thread, and just wish we could ignore it and not even see it?

does this mean that you wont be able to see this persons reply/post?..........if so wont that just cause even more problems? like bukey said points will be missed and its just another way of antogonising people because only half a conversation will be seen.

 

i think a ignore feature is a stupid and imature idea, has it really got that bad that you cant even make your own desision to ignore a person/thread.

 

just use your own initiative and ignore the person/thread yourself, does a button really have to do it for you?

 

besides i dont need anything else to confuse me!
