pause before Forums page loads

When you first enter clubtheworld.uk, and click on the "community" button, there is a large pause before the forums page appears.

Because of the pause, it looks as though it's a bad link, or the browser has crashed, or you're not clicked exactly on the button, even though you have!

Is there a way of changing the cursor to an hourglass while the forums page is loading? That way, people won't end up dumbly clicking on the link multiple times!
