where the hell have the smudge/soften etc.. features gone? Used to be in a floating menu on the brush properties ???

I found it on a guide for PSP8. I searched Google for PSP8 Smudge Smooth and this was a menu I found. So dunno where it's from, thought it might ring a bell.

Have you tried clicking and holding the mouse button to see if a drop down menu appears?

I don't do much on this planet, but David Blaine has taught me that I could do less!!
