just had a cuppa coffee. i knew it would be stronge as my coffees aslways are (dont measure the instant coffee, just pure it in)

 

well i downed it and it hit me straight away. littrally felt like i just smacked my head into a wall.

 

feel good now - the rushes have kicked in and i dont feel so scetchy ne more

I've been drinking coffee since I was 6 and over the years its got stronger and stronger as I've become more immune to the effects of caffine.

 

Now I dont think it effects me at all...I have a really strong coffee before I go to bed and sleep like a baby (and I dont mean I wake up crying with [censored] in my nappy either)
