My pooter has gone strange.

It keeps coming up with a warning message saying something about a wrong address for iexplore????

AND...to make matters worse...it keeps making a strange farting/sneezing noise whenever a new window is opened.

I've done a virus scan and cleaned out my Temp Internet folder thing but its still not going away.

Any help would be a great...urm....HELP.
