i think im going through a (early) mid life crisis, iv gone all sensible, my apperance has changed this week (glasses and hair), so thought it was about time i went for the new body too!

 

anyone got a spare? (as long as its thinner than mine)

 

or failing that, anyone got any quick and easy weight loss ideas?

 

im quitting smoking at the same time so gonna find things just that little bit harder!

 

Drastic diet.. ie atkins diet?

 

OR pilates excersise it really really does work, my sister lost a load of weight on it and its not that much effort!

nothing wrong with the old you

Go walking/jogging/running which ever is comfortable for 30 minutes a day, five days a week.

All this because of the glasses making you look a bit more sophisticated ?
