I have a lot of back pain and i have heard that its very good for easing aches and pains!!

A is good for aches and pains. Done my dad wanders.

 

It was odd seing him with a reefa tho. It knocked him out too. Lightweight.

Bukey, when you've mastered it can you teach me ? I will think up some 'skill' to teach you in the meantime hehe

Going swimming and running helps strengthen back muscles.

Yeah iv done this and pilates.... The more you do it the better tho imo and it does wonders for ur flexibility!! If you cant do a certain move to start, they recommend to keep trying but not pushing yourself too far and that eventually it should come to you!! Thats what the teacher told us at the class anyway
