just a vol slider. windows vol control and winamp don't go loud enough anyone know a small util to do this?

I dont know jack, but I would just convert it to wav. then put it through wavelab/soundforge and crank up the volume there.

try the nob that turns your speakers up, grip it and turn it to the right! should do the trick

u cant w/o increasing the volume of the actual sound on the mp3.

to do this u'd need a program like sound forge

it's on headphones. i need it louder. I'm hard core, like

my old SB16 mixer had gain control 1/2/4x which was ace.
