I'm trying to give up smoking and it's driving me up the wall ...

two mates of mine at work have just done this. there doing ok. if you really want too you will. i'm really bad i smoke when i go out on the piss or clubbing. gotta stop it as my lungs arn't thanking me. I blame Bushy for it though

Think I'm gonna have to quit smoking this month. Not that I want to but I aint getting any overtime at work and wages aint as HUGE as they use to be.

Give up smoking by sticking one cigarette from each new pack up a fat friend's arse, filter first, then replacing it in the box. The possibility of putting that one in your mouth will put you off smoking any of them.
