can your mouth/taste buds "tell" you that your body needs sugar....all through today i've had a SERIOUS craving for something sweet, like a chocolate cake or something....now I'm eating one i feel a lot better. got sausage and mash in the microwave but i know i need the cake to feel better...

 

 

i've heard that if ur body is lacking in stuff, u can get cravings for certain sorts of food...sugar or whatever.

 

useless information: i'm probly v dehydrated from the weekend

i shake when i need sugar, as do most

i twitch when i've had too much sugar

well i've had my cake and my can of coke, and I'm now feeling a bit tingly, sharper, and my tongue looks normal (it was a bit white n furry before )

Our bodies are amazing for telling us what we need, i normally need fruit corners on sunday (get the calcium & vitamins back) then monday i always crave a chinese or something full of carbohydrates like a nice fat fry-up!

your body can tell you but it doesn't happen in your mouth, it happens in your brain. search for "low blood sugar" or such on the web.

theres some well fooked up chemicals in todays sweeties and soft drinks i reckon.

 

Skittles - give me hyper fits

Blue Smarties - gives me hyper fits

Orange Fanta - Gives me hyper fits

Mix them all together - probally kill me
