I've noticed that most people run around clutching the burnt limb/body part, yelling loudly. Rather than apply cold running water.

Lots of practice now though so I only burn myself every other week. I have more burn problems now days from putting out kitchen fires when I try and cook.

Thats why i said RUNNING cold water as you have to keep it there for a while.

 

It dosn't instantly take the pain away.
