Hurrah, someone who agrees with me!

 

Roger Moore is my fave (love his voice, and his balance of humour and seriousness).

Brosnan is very very cool, also supposedly very "true" to the original character.

I have to admit I quite liked Timothy Dalton (thought he represented the dark/gritty side of 007 very well). "Licence to Kill" is still one of my faves.

 

Lots of people will rate Connery because he was the "original" one, but I think he is over-rated... very smooth etc but not as funny as Moore. Plus 007 should have an English accent!

No he wasnt...David Niven in Casino Royale was the original James Bond. Connery was the 2nd.

I know what he meant...I was just being literal....and pedantic....as always.

Hence, I put the word "original" in quotes.

I was referring to the main, definitive James Bond series (which technically doesn't include "Never Say Never Again" either).

I thought it was Thunderball that "technically" wasnt a James Bond film.

 

Well which ever one it was I think its coz it wasnt written by Ian Fleming.
