My throw's not what it used to be.

I always seemed to play the version which went like this:

 

1) collect a lot of conkers

2) collect some more

3) stick em all in a drawer somewhere

4) find them the next year havnig a slight musty smell

 

i never seemed to get round to the actual conker-combat side of things. why battle to have a 500-er, when u can collect 500 instead. much easier, and safer too.
