this email was an essay, once i had started i couldnt stop, it was a bit nasty, but it was all true,

Lou if it came from the heart & is how you feel, then do not feel bad, at least you have been honest & if the said person does not like it, tough, maybe they will take on board what you have said & think about it!!

Never sent any e:mails I wish I hadn't sent but I get a lot of that are supposed to bring luck/love/fortune, etc and to be honest they seriously piss me off.

Could be worse - the worst thing is when you write a text about someone, then because you're thinking about them, you send it to them by mistake!
