How many times do I have to type the same thing.

Its NOT weight that matters...its inches.

Muscle is HEAVIER than fat...if you want to lose fat then EXERCISE...there is absolutely NO benefit from reducing food intake. All you are doing is starving your body and reducing the required amounts of vitamins and minerals that help your body to grow and repair itself.

Its been proven that you can eat ANYTHING you want as long as you do the required exercise to burn off the unwanted calories.

A few years ago, I LOST 4 inches off my waist line and GAINED 7 pounds in weight.

3 months ago I was 12 stone and had a 32 inch waist...I'm now 13 stone and have a 30 inch waist because I ride a bike to work everyday.

So DONT starve your body...just exercise and burn off however many inches you want to lose...its not difficult.

If you aint whinging about loosing weight then why buy weight watchers products? Surely they're more expensive than normal, full fat food items.

i just feel less guilty and feel healthier for eating them biggrin.gif

if you were to compare the kcals, carbohydrates and fat contents of a weight watchers meal, to a "normal" supermarket frozen lasagne (for example) there really aint a great deal of difference other than the price!!
