I never get comedowns tho had mega shitty one this wk - like to get revenge for all the wks/mths/yrs i've escaped 'em

Was fine til tues when I went into work - did sickies last 2 days then thought I was ok - went in today had really scarey panic attack feel fine again now - hoping thats it over - I didnt even think I over did it at Tidy - tho adding up the amount of crap I did compared to a usual wk s'pose its to b expected

only when stuff like this happens it make u think about stuff n what it does to ur body in the long term.
