he got real angry with us cos we sent our agent a letter complaining bout probs that shud have been sorted b4 we moved in and apparently the landlords comment was that he wants us out of here in 2 months

 

the letter woz 1 and a bit sides of A4 of problems

I was going to post a gag about flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality but it's just flogging a dead horse.

    the people who are renting my house wrecked the living room carpet and have replaced it with some cherry red shite colour one apparently - im not happy - i'd kick her out but shes got kids and its rather close to christmas - so i'll kick her out new years eve instead.. evil_laugh.gif

    probs like the house not being clean when we moved in and still not having been cleaned properly.

     

    Eg. our shower curtain is mainly light blue but has very large patches of orange mildew all over it. As does most of that bathroom

     

    the floor in the living room has mud treaded into it and needs shampooing rather than just hoovering (which they didn't do neway)

    as i believe the landlord cannot go to your house - as your not allowed to see them shrug.gif

     

    its like if anything goes wrong at my house - i have to send someone over there to fix the problems as in my renting contract theres no personally meeting allowed shrug.gif

    what kinda wierd contract is that? nothing about no personal meetings allowed in a standard tenancy contract!

     

    sounds like you're having fun in your new house, as long as you don't have sewage leaking into your living room like i did with mine by the time i left!
