i bought something online, then sent it back as 'unfit for sale' (it was).

they have not sent me a replacement yet, it's been at least a couple of weeks...

what courses of action do i have - anyone?

Did you notify them that you were sending it back? Last time I bought something online that I had to send back, I called them and they gave me a returns code.
