..is it, that if you eat a nice meal before you go to bed at night that when you wake up in the morning you are absolutly starving the morning after ?

 

I don't know about you guys but that effects me for the rest of the day. I feel so hungry I start feeling sick, feeling to sick to eat and then only eat something like a bar of chocolate throughout the whole day :s
