Maybe he was expressing it's easy for him.

 

I have tried so many times but failed miserably.

 

I guess the thought of putting on weight makes me smoke that fag instead of staying on course of giving up.

I think the taste of them made it easy. It was starting to feel like I was eating an ashtray.

 

I didnt even want to give up, I just couldnt be doing with that nasty taste anymore. 16 years of money thrown away, what a waste.

i found it really easy & can even just smoke when out now, but then i dont have a addictive personality

 

from sunday to friday i dont have a ciggie & dont even think about them, i dont even let phil smoke in the house because i hate the smell that much, which has helped him cut down aswell
