This Saturday sees the last ever Sundissential @ The Sanctuary, Digbeth, Birmingham. It's also the "Wig Stock 2003" - reduced price entry if you wear your own wig.

It's moving around the corner from New Street Station to Cobarna (previously McCluskys, previously Exile, previously something else). It's opposite Zanzibar (previously Pulse - where it all began) and both venues are owned by the same people.

 

Come out of New Street Station by the back (main/biggest) entrance, turn right go down to the traffic lights and its on the corner - bright green, can't miss it.

 

Come out of the front (small/glazed) entrance and turn left - take the first left all the way to the major traffic lights and you'll see it on the corner.

take a few wrong turns, a few diversions, and the usual [censored] ups!

What if your travelling by car?

 

You have a couple of choices.

 

If you're doing Afters or Afterssential, I'd suggest using the Acardian Car Park - two minutes walk from Cobarna, with security and everything. They do bring the shutters down in the early hours until about 7am I think though, but your car will be safe.

 

If you're not doing Afters or Afterssential, then there's a couple of NCPs to choose from, and the open air car parks a bit further into the gay village (still only 3/4 minutes walk).
