Easy one- Beef Stroganff!

 

you will need

 

Beef (cubes for pref)

Onions

Mushrooms

French Mustard

Cream (one of the pot thingies u buy from the supermarket)

Rice

 

how ya do it:

 

get a wok, oil it up, get it hot, then throw the beef and start cooking it.

 

chop up your mushrooms and onions (u decide how much, it doesnt matter a right lot), then throw them in with the beef.

 

Put your rice on the boil

 

When all this starts to look cooked, sling in your cream and a tablespoon of french mustard, stir it all together till the cream goes a beigeish colour, then cover and leave to reduce until the rice is cooked, stirring occasionally.
