which is what I ment as in just the main genres, not all the spin off' say!! Most peeps that like HH, ultimately like hard trance, etc which could all come under the same genre, but as for things like D&B etc they are seperate & could have a seperate forum within the music forum's, we do have a few members into D&B & funky & if we could eventually get a forum for these genres, new members who like that style will see they have a forum to disscuss etc & join & pass the word on etc!!

I think perhaps one day this will be possible - if we can agree on what high-level genres we should have - but right now we dont have enough people who would make enough posts about enough varied genres to warrant having seperate forums for them.

A good idea but too open to abuse .

 

On a huge site it would work, but we are just to small.

 

Plus, it would only cause further arguements I.e people who will moan that the could post in the Hard Dance/ Trance/ Techno forum as they are into Hard Style and Trancecore. To keep everyone happy, there would have to be a forum for every sub-genre, as there are those who feel their music is way to underground to be in a forum with the like of Hard House.
