I hate bein dehydrated

erm .......drink some thing then. But not more alcohol.

Actually one of the best things for a hangover is a can of coke.......

 

Contains loads of sugar and a suprising amount of vitamins that help your body recover....

 

Only problem is, is can you stomach handle the fizz??

I have cut loads of dead bodies up in autopsies and stuff....thats not going to help you with a hang-over though....

 

What you could try Isotonic Lucozade Sport (as advertised by John Barnes).........its in balance with your body fluids and is amazingly high in electolytes that can help with nervous disorders and, I would assume, headaches....

Actually coke makes you more thirsty, its a diuretic so makes you pee even more. You should eat something salty this will help to retain the fluid you take on board.

All well and good but I was advising on hangover cures not thirst quenchers!! I never said it would cure his dehydration did I??
