food fat and 'weight' fat are 2 different things..... if you wanna put on weight, you need stuff with high protein content like chicken, rice and eggs because it takes longer for your body to burn through them....

i cant put weight on either confused.gif. but its nice sitting down with things like chocolate n cake, other ppl cant eat them without worrying bout piling weight on
