food fat and 'weight' fat are 2 different things..... if you wanna put on weight, you need stuff with high protein content like chicken, rice and eggs because it takes longer for your body to burn through them....

 

i eat em non stop. especially eggs. i have atleast 1 egg a day

 

well, eat 2 a day and move into kfc and eat megabuckets for breakfast..... you will soon fill out laugh.gif

i had the same problem i cudnt put weight on but noooo i had to get up the duff now iv gotta watch lots of stuff i eat as if we dont get fat enough already disappointed.gif

you sure u dont mean carbohydrates babe? Cos thats what u cant eat on atkins diet.. u eat loadsa protein on that cos its burned off faster wink.gif
