Well 3 megapixels is very good. I can send you some photos I've taken by Messenger if you like.

 

Bear in mind there are good 3 megapixel cameras and there are average ones. The number isn't the only factor - for example the quality of the lens is important too.

 

The best thing is to read reviews! There are billions of camera reviews online.

 

I can't comment on the laser/club lighting thing. I have only taken my camera clubbing once but I didn't turn off the flash, so the dancefloor photos are pretty mediocre.

 

I'll let you know a week tomorrow - I plan to take my camera to Serious!

Ok cool - I will have a look around on the net for some reviews.

 

I do have one, but it's nothing special, hence why I don't ever use it (sorry Mum).

 

Need something new and well worth the money.

Maria, you can have mine for £150.

 

Its a Sony 3.2 mega-pixel thing-a-me-jig with a 64mb memory stick. You've seen the pictures it takes, I've still got the box and instructions it came with.

 

Imagine how many packets of crisps I could get with £150.
