Well i guess its done for people who have made a name for themselves thru use of a message board or somethin as i know wizzy is well known and popular....and he did the 'i hate' site and 'the guide to the people who use message boards' that was posted all round the web about a year ago!!

What I'm saying is that people could be under the wrong impression what makes them be nominated, ie, they may think random posts makes them a legend. Dont laugh, some tossers actually think that.
