sitting on the net all evening cant be healthy so i reccon we need a CTW gym to keep us in shape while we chat.

I went down my gym 2day - was well impressed they had bangin hardhouse on - def betta 4 workin out - done everything twice as fast n didnt wanna go! Duno y its not like that all the time - def get betta work out compared to the usual r n b [censored] they blare out its hard to do anything fast!!
