i've lost about 1/3 of a stone over the past 2 months running around at work

11 stone at the moment, fully clothed and shoed.....I'm going through a fat phase.

My BMI is apparently 27.something. According to that I'm OVERWEIGHT???

As many of you know I dont believe in weighing yourself, I believe in INCHES.

 

I'm 13 stone and I'm 5'8". Would any of you who have met me say I'm fat???

Your weight is in the range that is classified as underweight. It could be that you eat a varied and well-balanced diet but are naturally very slim. If so, there is no need to change what you eat, except perhaps to eat more food and make sure you are getting all the energy and nutrients you need to stay healthy.

 

My BMI is 20.33.

 

I way nearly 9 stone now, and I think I am just under 5'5". When I started my nursing training though, I was 7 stone 11, but I don't look any different, even though I am quite small, so a stones differnce should be visable.
