Can't be arsed about the BMI, but I'm 6ft 4ins and 16st. Could do with toning up a bit at the moment... better get on with the training!

mine is 19.77 cause im jus over 8 stone and si can vouch for that as he was there wen i weighed myself a couple of weeks ago

Your weight is in the range that is classified as underweight. It could be that you eat a varied and well-balanced diet but spend your weekends neckin pills. If so, there is no need to change what you eat, except perhaps to neck fewer pills and make sure you are getting all the energy and nutrients you need to stay healthy from ket instead.

 

You should not try to lose any weight. Weight loss offers no health benefits. If you are restricting your food intake because you're on a massive comedown you are at risk of nutritional deficiencies and ill health, because being too thin increases your chance of developing breasts. If you regularly get [censored] out of your face, or take speed as a means of weight control, you should seek medical attention immediately. If you lose weight suddenly or for an unknown reason, a girl finds you attractive, you should see your doctor immediately.

my bmi is 20.68 = only just ideal. Nearly underweight

(underweight/ideal borderline is 20)
