i thought their album was already out.

 

not knowingly heard 99.9, but 4tribes imo is their best is it was relatively groundbreaking for a hardhouse track

I was going to post a gag about flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality but it's just flogging a dead horse.

4tribes is deffinately NOT techno. its got a very hardhouse structure too it. its just more percursive creative hardhouse.
