i got mixmag today and the cd that was on it was the top 50 tunes of 2003...i looked at the back of the cd and thought it looked [censored].

 

then i put it on and its [censored] quality (for those who like prog or funky). Ive been to alot of prog nights this year and so many tunes on the cd got me thinking 'oh i remember when this was played at progression' etc.

 

its such a cool cd..its 50 tunes in 63mins or something...well good i dont think it will be everyones taste tho..

 

and thats my lil story! taaa daaaaaa

i have to say that this is the first mixmag CD in a long while that actually caught my attention. Haven't listened to the full CD yet but so far it's pretty damn good

I thought it was a bit rubbish, am I lacking taste or something?

The cd starts off with one of the biggest Funky House choons atm, and gets worse.

 

The odd few songs makes me think it was gonna get better....

 

Then it doesnt.

prob my second face mixmag cd of the year...after Jon Carters one a couple of months ago...

tunes aren't long enough on it.

 

Electro Trance CD few months back was best one by far! Marco V...still yet to see him.

havent bought it yet...but im always really impressed with the quality of mixmags free cd's especially the eddie halliwell one

I looked at the tracklisting and thought it looked [censored] too, I will give it a try now

totally agree with you...i sit and wait for it to come back in and it doesnt

 

its a total diverse mix, so good to hear that many different tunes on one cd
