Please reply to this thread if you took digital photos last Saturday at Smile/CTW.

 

My 120 photos will be up TONIGHT I nearly finished them last night but didnt quite.

well i would have done but me being the stupid idiot i am ive left the comp connection lead at luus so will have to wait until i see her again

arse & bugger - i've just realised i've lost the ctw server details since I re-installed Windows on my pc - eek - I will have to wait until Bukey replies to my PM about the server details before I can upload pics - oops, sorry guys !

are they still the same from when you sent them to me james? bcoz i've still got the pm with the details on you sent me

Phil - no sorry - i'm talking about the master login to the actual server - i.e. not just the public ftp ! But thanks anyway

 

When I wiped my PC I forgot to copy stuff out of My Documents (always do lol - which is why I hardly ever use My Docs and have important files on another partition - which i didnt do in this case!)

i've done that too james plenty of times - no doubt i will do it tomorrow when i format this computer - even thou this post is yelling at me to backup the important files now

The other classic is losing all your favourites. The stupid thing is I'm always aware of what I need to back up but then I'm in such a rush most of the time to re-install that I get bored of going through each directory so much and always leave out faivs and my documents ! doh. Personally I hate the way Microsoft have to have important docs/settings/faivs stored on the same partition (it should force you to set up partitions IMO) and even worse embedded in the O/S structure
