in our exercise physilogy practical. Had to cycle on an exercise bike at increasing difficulty and have my Heart rate, ventilation rate, PCO2 and PO2.

 

Then got weighed at end cos its needed for the write up and was 69.2 kg and the scales also read the percentage body fat of the individual. Mine is 12%. Was quite chuffed meself

 

Oh yeah, does ne1 know the conversion factor for converting kg to stones as i dont work in kilos and therefore cant compare with the last time i measured myself.

I have noticed this to be honest. Claire, who once was the random of all randoms has suddenly turned against them. Personally, I believe my views on this have finally got through to Miss Dirty Cow, either that or she is seriously trying to get into my good books and is a serious case of "Arselick Supreme".

 

It's all so weird

nothing wierd about it, im just soooo fed up with the random, immature, me me me posts, no matter who starts a thread it always gets turned around to the same old people talking about them selfs............get out more or get some mates that dont involve turning on a PC
