thats the reason then. the most weight is put on at night

your metabolism slows down after 6pm

is this not the reason why exercising in the evneing is a good thing - it re starts your body for the day into burning calories for a few more hours?

No it is better to exercise 1st thing in the morning before you eat anything

40mins of fat burning exercise burns all the glycogen out of your liver from the night before

fair enuff, but i think there's advantages to both - i read somewhere that 8 hours after you wake up your metabolism goes dowm so exercising after that gets it going again, thus something or other'ing

 

also the fact i can't do any physical stuff in the morning, I'm just not designed for it smile.gif but can do stuff late, without any problems. I'm definitely not one of those ppl that can go for a morning run

Thats rubbish. I work nights and my metabolism is just getting started at about 6pm.

 

I agree with what you said, just not the time scale. It all depends on the time you wake up.
