i kinda talk "as if i have a plum in my mouth" i always get told. Kinda posh like. Noone else in my family talks like that tho. I blame having to have speech therapy as a kid and being taught how to speak properly. (I had speech therapy cos i wasnt talking at the age of 4 - due to vaccinations)
