Personally some good uplifting euphoric trance when im feeling a bit depressed. A mixture between this and progressive mellow some is awesome

 

If im feeling down cos im pissed off then turning up the volume and having a good stomp normally helps

Seriously tho i dont enjoy running so if exercise is the answer then i wud do a rowing ergo. Not just brute force and ignorance but skill and technique. 2K ergo as fast as possible, haven't done one of them in years. I used to love doing rowing.
