On my mind right now... fear...! You know the O2 online offpeak 500 tariff? Well I found out in Oct that I was getting [censored] over coz you only get free calls/txts at night. So since then I haven't used it during day and haven't gone over my free mins, and have just had e-mail from O2 saying they're going to takle £172 from my account. I can't even find a bit on the site to e-mail them about it, and if you go into an O2 shop they say they cant help because it's an online tariff. What to do?!

Go into the help section on O2, right at the bottom of the page you have 3 choices
