just give it a go. next time u need one say to urself its just in ur mind cos thats essentially what it is. U physically dont need one yet ur mind makes u think u do. Do something to take ur mind off it if that doesnt work. If you need to get a nicorette patch to help do so.

 

I dont smoke so im not really the best advice but just give it a go even if it means u just cut down.

 

 

 

To give up dont slow down & think of the money you are saving .

not really, my daughter has really bad chicken pox at the mo so iv had no sleep for 3 days but suprisingly chilled out, i have the patients of a saint today and quite chuffed iv not been smoking

I fuckin hate smoking, it actually makes me feel like [censored], but I still go and have a fag every break I get at work.

Most people killed by tobacco started smoking when they were teenagers.

Around half of the teenagers who carry on smoking will eventually be killed by tobacco. Half of these will die in middle age (between 35 and 69)...does that sound cool to you?
