    Right Jenny, go into My Computer then C:/ then the folder called Windows.

     

    Go to Temp Internet Files and delete them ALL.

     

    Also go to Proxys and delete all them.

    I've been to tool, internet options and then the advance bit and theres a little book that says 'automatic check for internet explorer updates' which I clicked so I'm hoping this works and doesn't completely blow up my computer.

    Yeah I've only now manage to find out how to fix it. Claire was right but her explaination of why the menu I need was a bit confusing so I only just found it 2day blush.gif

    I generally hafta go to tools internet options and then delete cookies and then reload the page...it doesn't want to load for me sometimes...
