i know that

i norm eat really healthily but today that wud invlolve going shopping to do that. And i only woke up at 7.30 so that aint gonna happen.

    I just eat my 1st proper meal in 3 days - had flu! just struggled to get down some chicken! Don't usually do much food at w/ends tho - save it for the week! smile.gif

    im just not hungry, i was earlier/last night but iv drank a carton of orange juice and seem to have gone past it now rolleyes.gif
