u could try feeding it to the dog? seem to put everything else in him

 

when I feel the need to comfort eat now I just open a packet of cornflakes and munch on them.

 

I know this may sound a bit obvious but if you don't buy the food you can;t eat it.

 

As it's comfort eating, is there anything you want to talk about. I'm a good listener and sometimes just having someone to listen helps (I know, I have done more than my fair share of comfort eating over the years). If you do, just messenger me (KarenOConnor69@aol.com)

not bying food that you shouldnt eat is a bit of a problem cus i have 2 young kids, they do eat healthy but still need bribery treats

I'll have to send you a pic of me so you can tape it to your fridge, then when you see it it'll remind you of what could happen if you comfort eat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
