I don't make a post unless I can think of anything good to post, so I don't generally post anything

seriously, i disagree.

 

i don't like to generalise but i've been a CTWer longer than most frequent posters here these days and i really don't see a decline. all websites have ups and downs, controversial issues and people come and go, big nights come and go.

 

there's the same basic group working hard to make CTW a success and there's always one or two idiots who seem to have something missing in their lives such that they have to fill the space pissing people off online. c'est la vie

 

think globally, act locally - keep participating, try and rise about the petty [censored]-stirring and all will be well.

PS the posts complaining about how good CTW used to be just aren't as good as the old posts about how good CTW used to be...

PPS if people spent as much time putting some thought into novel posts as they do complaining about posts, things might improve.

 

i think all these posts which complain have some value - they should prompt people into thinking "what have i done personally to make CTW a better place?"
