if it was a lime - but sprayed a different colour ... say blue for example....surely it would still be a lime? a blue lime? I would keep mine in it's original colour tho for authenticity

These are limes. See the size? See the inside of it? Nothing like the "lime" in the first picture.

we use limes at work...they can get pretty big

Well you could do.. get an orange, a lemon and a lime.. then u can have different colour fruit hats!!
